Workshop I - "Oh the Stress"
This first workshop asks the simple question: How can we reduce the impact of stress? Participants learn about stress and its effects on the body; the role of the mind in creating stress; how to choose goals to reduce stress; and how to achieve those goals using practical, well-researched methods. This workshop combines the ideas in the expanded workshops into one, action-packed and informative seminar.

Workshop II - "An Apple a Day"
An Apple a Day focuses on nutrition as the cornerstone of a healthy lifestyle, both in the workplace and at home.
Participants learn what constitutes a "healthy" food, and what does not. Practical tips on cooking at home, dining out and grocery shopping are given, followed by easy, interactive exercises to boost enthusiasm for nutrition. Participants walk away with practical information they can use to improve their diet and health.

Workshop III - "The Stress Melter"

Who hasn't had a tense neck, shoulder, back or arm from working? In The Stress Melter workshop, participants learn how to reduce stress through the  exchange of simple, yet effective seated massage. This special massage is taught in a standard chair, with clothes on and no oils. It's an amazingly easy way to combat stress!

Workshop IV - "One Breath at a Time"

A stressed-out mind can have profoundly negative effects on the rest of the body. In One Breath at a Time, participants are taught to understand the root causes of stress, and how to deal with stress in a methodical and practical way. The method used to achieve true relaxation is called mindful breathing. Scores of studies have demonstrated that mindful breathing improves concentration, promotes calmness, enhances self-confidence and increases productivity.
