FAQ

Who are the stress management workshops designed for?
The Healthy At Work workshops are designed for any business, group or organization that wishes to improve its overall productivity. The workshops help achieve this goal through the education of employees on a range of health topics and through the hands-on learning of stress-reduction techniques.

Where are the workshops held?
Workshops are held at your place of work. If no suitable space is available, arrangements can be made to hold the workshops at an off-site location. An extra charge may apply for off-site locations.

When can the workshops be held?
Healthy At Work offers flexible times for holding the workshops. Mornings, lunch time, afternoons, evenings and weekends are all available.

How many people can participate?
The workshops are designed for smaller groups from as few as one person  up to about 30 people. Keeping the groups small allows for more individual attention and better participation. For larger groups, please call Healthy At Work to discuss the options.

What does my workplace have to do to prepare for the talks?
There is very little preparation required for the workshops. The main goal is to have a suitable space ready. Secondly, it is important to send out reminders to the employees of the date and time for the workshop. Healthy At Work will provide a letter or e-mail that outlines the details of each workshop for distribution to participants.
